On the photography front there is nothing new. I have managed to miss all given opportunities to hand my camera and lens to Canon for checking and calibration. Think I've taken around 1000 photos and none is a true keeper. All the OOF shots has been through the viewfinder, but I got an idea the other day and while a colleague held the camera we set it to take the shot with Live view and face recognition. Wonder over all wonders - he snapped a photo that looked rather sharp!?! Hmm, that makes me think that the focus issue is indeed in the Canon body and not in the Sigma lens. Thrilled to hear what the Canon experts will have to say about it when they do their magics...
More to come... (but don't expect too much too soon)
